How to Disable Chrome Notifications?
Open your Chrome browser.
Select the Menu, represented by three vertically-aligned dots and located in the upper right-hand corner of the browser window.
When the drop-down menu appears, select Settings. You can also enter the following in Chrome's address bar in lieu of selecting this menu item: chrome://settings
Chrome's Settings interface should now be displayed in a new tab. Scroll down and select Advanced.
Scroll down again to locate the Privacy and security section, then select Site Settings once you're there.
Select Notifications, found in the Permissions section.

Chrome's Notifications settings interface will now be visible. At the very top is a Search box, which allows you to enter a partial or full URL and see if notifications for that particular site are allowed or blocked. These designations are stored whenever you select a particular option from a pop-up notification generated by that respective website.
Directly below the Search box, you can select the Ask before sending toggle. Enabled by default, this setting controls whether or not Chrome asks you for permission whenever a particular site wishes to send push notifications to your browser.
Next is the Block section, containing a list of web addresses allowed to send notifications to your browser. If a site is blocked, you won't be prompted to allow notifications whenever you visit its URL. To delete a site from the Block list, first select More actions, found to the far right of its name and represented by three vertically-aligned dots, then select Remove.
You also have noticed a third option in this pop-out menu; select Edit, which allows you to modify the individual site's URL. Select Save after you've made any changes.
Next to the More actions icon is a right-facing arrow, which shows the individual permissions for the website in question when selected. In addition to basic notification settings, you can also configure a number of other options for each website, such as whether or not they can access your camera and microphone, or if you'd like to allow automatic downloads originating from their domain.
Returning to the main Notifications settings screen, there's also a section labeled Allow. Any website listed under the Allow header is configured to send push notifications to Chrome without having to ask for your permission beforehand. Much like the Block section, you can choose to edit or remove any of these entries, or add them to the Block section. You can also modify other permissions for each site by selecting the right-facing arrow, as described in the previous step.
